Engine Does Not Start When Keyless Operation Key Is Inside Of Vehicle: Description: Notes
Engine does not start when electric motor switch is pressed while carrying keyless operation key.
NOTE:
- Before starting diagnosis check that vehicle condition is as shown in "Conditions of vehicle", and check each symptom.
- The engine start function, door lock function, power distribution system, and NATS-IVIS/NVIS in the keyless operation key system are closely related to each other regarding control. The vehicle security function can operate only when the door lock and power distribution system are operating normally.
