Component Inspection
- CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH RH 1
- Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF.
- Disconnect rear power window switch RH connector.
- Check continuity between rear power window switch RH terminals.
Terminal Continuity 1 6 Not existed 7 Existed 2 6 Not existed 7 Existed Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 2.
NO >>
Replace rear power window switch RH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH RH 2
Check voltage rear power window switch RH terminals under the following conditions.
Terminal Condition Voltage (+) (-) 1 Ground 12 V direct current supply between terminals 6 (+) and 3 (-). NEUTRAL 0 V DOWN 12 V 2 Ground 12 V direct current supply between terminals 6 (+) and 3 (-). NEUTRAL 0 V UP 12 V Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
GO TO 3.
NO >>
Replace rear power window switch RH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- CHECK REAR POWER WINDOW SWITCH RH 3
- Check voltage rear power window switch RH terminals under the following conditions.
Terminal Condition Voltage (+) (-) 1 Ground 12 V direct current supply between terminals 6 (+) and 5 (-). 12 V No current supply 0 V 2 Ground 12 V direct current supply between terminals 6 (+) and 4 (-). 12 V No current supply 0 V Is the inspection result normal?
YES >>
INSPECTION END
NO >>
Replace rear power window switch RH. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
