Component Function Within System
- Hood switch detects that hood is open, and then transmits hood switch signal to IPDM E/R.
- IPDM E/R transmits hood switch signal to BCM via CAN communication.
- If any door or hood is opened without using Keyless operation key vehicle security system switches to the ALARM phase. Refer to SYSTEM DESCRIPTION .
