System Initialization: Description

If any of the following operations are performed, the initialization is necessary for normal operation of power window system. Refer to WORK PROCEDURE .
- Disconnection of the 12V battery terminal
- When front power window motor (driver side) is replaced.
- Power supply to the front power window motor (driver side) is not cut off properly.
- Removal and installation of regulator assembly
- Removal and installation of front power window motor (driver side) from regulator assembly
- Operation of regulator assembly as an independent unit
- Removal and installation of door glass
- Removal and installation of door glass runchannel
CAUTION:
The following specified operations cannot be performed under the non-initialized condition.
- Auto-up operation
- Anti-pinch function
