CAUTION:
During diagnosis, a DTC associated with other system may be set when the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is changed to ON with connector(s) disconnected. On completion, confirm all systems for DTC(s). If DTC(s) are set, erase them all.
Troubleshooting of electronic control systems for which the M.U.T.-III SE can be used follows the basic outline described below. Even in systems for which the M.U.T.-III SE cannot be used, some of these systems still follow this outline.
CAUTION:
Do not diagnose the CAN bus line during driving. When the CAN bus line diagnosis starts, each ECU receives the communication stop signal from the M.U.T.-III SE and stops CAN communication. However, during driving, each ECU continues communication and the diagnosis result may not be displayed normally.
