Component Function Check

  1. CHECK THE ILLUMINATION OF THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT 

    Check that the electric power steering warning light turns ON when electric motor switch ON. Then, electric power steering warning light turns OFF after the engine is started.

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: INSPECTION END

    NO: Perform trouble diagnosis. Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
