Start Signal (Code 32)

Check starting system. If okay, disconnect starter motor "S" terminal. Disconnect 20-pin connector and measure voltage between terminal 9 and ground with ignition in "RUN" position. See Figure . There should be battery ground. If not, repair harness. If okay, replace ECCS control unit.
