Airflow Sensor

The airflow sensor measures the intake airflow by taking a part of the entire flow. Measurements are made in such a manner that the ECU receives electrical output signals from the sensor. These signals are varied by the amount of heat removed from the hot wire placed in intake airflow. The ECU measures the amount of electricity needed to maintain a constant temperature in the hot wire.
