All Remote Control System Functions Inoperative

Perform TRANSMITTER BATTERY CHECK  and POWER SUPPLY & GROUND CIRCUIT CHECK  under SYSTEM TESTS. If no problem is found, replace transmitter. See TRANSMITTER  under PROGRAMMING.
