Power Supply and Ground Circuit Check for Display Unit

- CHECK FUSE
Check if the following fuses for display unit are blown.
FUSE POWERUnit Power souse Fuse No. Display unit Battery power 19 Ignition switch ACC or ON 4 Ignition switch ON or START 12 OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: If fuse is blown be sure to eliminate case of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to POWER DISTRIBUTION or GROUND DISTRIBUTION .
- CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
- Disconnect display unit connector.
- Check voltage between display unit connector and ground.

OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 3.
- NG: Check harness for open or short between display and fuse.
- CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
Check continuity between display unit harness connector M93 terminal 6 (B) and ground.
Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
- OK: INSPECTION END.
- NG: Repair ground harness.
