Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:

No Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor, Throttle Position (TP) sensor, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor or Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor DTCs are stored.
No Fuel Vapor Pressure (FVP) sensor DTCs are stored.
Barometer (BARO) pressure is 70 kPa or more.
Fuel level is between 40-80 percent.
Throttle angle less than 3 percent.
Engine speed is less than 1200 RPM.
Vehicle speed is less than 5 mph.
A vacuum decay condition, indicating a very small leak, is detected during diagnostic test.
