Front Final Drive: Adjustment: Notes

For quiet and reliable final drive operation, the following five adjustments must be made correctly:
- Side bearing preload
- Pinion gear height
- Pinion bearing preload
- Ring gear-to-pinion backlash. Refer to SDS, TOTAL PRELOAD ADJUSTMENT .
