Fan Speed Control

Blower speed is controlled based on front and rear blower switch settings.
When blower switch is turned, the blower motor starts and increases air flow volume each time the fan switch is turned counterclockwise, and decreases air flow volume each time the fan switch is turned counterclockwise.
When engine coolant temperature is low, the blower motor operation is delayed to prevent cool air from flowing.
