Check IPDM E/R Operation

Check IPDM E/R input voltage .
Check voltage between IPDM E/R connector E9 terminal 51 (G/B) and ground.

1. 51 (G/B) - Ground: Battery voltage
OK or NG
1. OK: Replace IPDM E/R.
2. NG: GO TO 2 .
Check IPDM E/R harness
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R and horn relay connector.
3. Check continuity between IPDM E/R connector E9 terminal 51 (G/B) and horn relay connector E20 terminal 1 (G/B).

  1. 51 (G/B) - 1 (G/B): Continuity should exist
OK or NG
1. OK: Check the condition of the harness and the connector.
2. NG: Repair or replace harness.
