Clutch System Qr25DE: Piping: Installation

CAUTION: Install clutch hose without twisting or bending it.

When installing clutch hose to bracket, face lock plate in the correct direction as shown in Fig 1 to secure clutch hose.

CAUTION: Be careful not to damage flare nut and clutch tube.

Tighten flare nut to the specified torque, using a flare nut wrench.
1. : 15 - 18 N.m (1.5 - 1.8 kg-m, 11 - 13 ft-lb)
Install clutch hose to operating cylinder, and tighten mounting bolt to the specified torque.
1. : 17 - 19 N.m (1.7 - 2.0 kg-m, 13 - 14 ft-lb)
Bleed air from the clutch piping. Refer to BLEEDING PROCEDURE .
Install air cleaner and air duct.
