DTC Confirmation Test (Using CONSULT-II)

Start engine and warm to normal operating temperature.
Select HO2S1 (B1) P0134 or HO2S1 (B2) P0154 in DTC WORK SUPPORT mode with CONSULT-II.
Press START.
Allow engine to idle for at least 3 minutes.
NOTE: DO NOT exceed 3600 RPM in the following step. If engine speed exceeds 3600 RPM, return to step 4 .
When the following conditions are met, TESTING will be displayed on CONSULT-II screen:
- ENG SPEED: 1400-4000 RPM (2.4L) or 1800-3100 RPM (3.3L).
- Vehicle speed: more than 40 MPH.
- B/FUEL SCHDL: 3.5-17.0 msec (2.4L) or 2.3-13.0 msec (3.3L).
Maintain conditions continuously until TESTING changes to COMPLETED (it will take 10-60 seconds). If TESTING is not displayed after 5 minutes, retry from step 2 .
Press SELF-DIAG RESULTS. If NG is displayed, go to appropriate DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE. If OK is displayed, system is okay at this time.
