With CONSULT-II

Select "ACTIVE TEST" in "MULTI REMOTE ENT" with CONSULT-II.
Select "TRUNK/BACK DOOR" and touch "ON".
Trunk release solenoid should operate.

NOTE: If CONSULT-II is not available, GO TO 3 .

OK or NG

OK >> Trunk lamp switch and trunk release solenoid circuit is OK.
NG >> Repair or replace harness.
