Vehicle Speed Sensor (Altima, Frontier, Sentra, Pathfinder & Xterra)

The vehicle speed sensor is installed in the transmission/transaxle. It contains a pulse generator which provides a vehicle speed signal to the speedo/combination meter. The speedo/combination meter then sends a signal to the ECM.
