Trunk Room Lamp Switch Check/For Roadster

- CHECK TRUNK ROOM LAMP SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL
With CONSULT-II
Check trunk lid opener switch ("TRUNK OPN MNTR") in "DATA MONITOR" mode with CONSULT-II.
Without CONSULT-II
Check voltage between BCM connector and ground.

OK or NG
- OK : Trunk room lamp switch is OK.
- NG : GO TO 2.
- CHECK TRUNK ROOM LAMP SWITCH CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect back door switch and BCM connector.
- Check continuity between BCM harness connector B83 terminal 57 and trunk room lamp switch harness connector T31 terminal 1.
- 57 (R) - 1 (R) : Continuity should exist.
- Check continuity between BCM harness connector B83 terminal 57 and ground.
- 57 (R) - Ground : Continuity should not exist.
OK or NG
- OK : GO TO 3.
- NG : Repair or replace trunk room lamp switch harness.
- CHECK TRUNK ROOM LAMP SWITCH GROUND CIRCUIT
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect trunk room lamp switch connector.
- Check continuity between trunk room lamp connector T31 terminal 2 and ground.
- 2 (B) - Ground : Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
- OK : Check trunk room lamp switch.
- NG : Repair or replace trunk room lamp switch harness.
