Inspection Between Data Link Connector and ABS Actuator and Electric Unit (Control Unit) Circuit

- CHECK CONNECTOR
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
- Check following terminals and connectors for damage, bend and loose connection (connector side and harness side).
- Harness connector M91
- Harness connector E26
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 2.
NG >> Repair terminal or connector.
- CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
- Disconnect harness connector M91.
- Check continuity between data link connector and harness connector.CONTINUITY CHART

OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 3.
NG >> Repair harness.
- CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
- Disconnect ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) connector.
- Check continuity between harness connector and ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) harness connector.CONTINUITY CHART

OK or NG
OK >> Connect all the connectors and diagnose again. Refer to "TROUBLE DIAGNOSES WORK FLOW ".
NG >> Repair harness.
