DTC Confirmation Test

NOTE: If DTC confirmation procedure had been previously run, turn ignition off and wait at least 10 seconds before continuing. Ensure battery voltage at idle is more than 10 volts.

Turn ignition on. Select DATA MONITOR mode with scan tool. Turn ignition off for at least 10 seconds. Turn ignition on. Repeat ignition off and on cycle 32 times. If 1st trip DTC is detected, go to DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE . If 1st trip DTC is not detected, system is okay at this time.
