Power Supply and Ground Circuit Check for Display Control Unit

CHECK FUSE

Make sure the following fuses of the display control unit are not blown.

POWER SOURCE AND TERMINAL REFERENCE

Terminals		Power source	Fuse No.

M94	1 (Y)	Battery power	31
	10 (O)	ACC power	4
	12 (G/R)	IGN power	12

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 2.
NG: If fuse is blown, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to POWER SUPPLY ROUTING CIRCUIT .

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT

Disconnect display control unit connector M94.
Check voltage between connector terminals and ground as follows.

VOLTAGE BETWEEN CONNECTOR TERMINALS AND GROUND

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 3.
NG: Check harness for open between display control unit and fuse.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Check continuity between the following display control unit connector terminals and ground.

CONTINUITY BETWEEN DISPLAY CONTROL UNIT CONNECTOR TERMINALS AND GROUND

OK or NG

OK: Inspection End.
NG: Repair or replace harness.
