Diagnostic Procedure

  1. Turn ignition off. Remove intake air duct. Inspect for foreign material stuck between throttle valve and throttle body housing. Clean with solvent if necessary and retest. If throttle bore is OK, go to next step.
  2. Replace electric throttle control actuator. Perform the following:
