Illumination Signal Check

Tail Lamp Operation Check
When lighting switch turned 1st or 2nd position, does tail lamp illuminate?

YES or NO
1. YES : GO TO 2.
2. NG : Go to tail lamp trouble diagnosis. Refer to Parking License Plate And Tail Lamps .
Illumination Signal Check
1. Disconnect NAVI control unit connector.
2. Check voltage between NAVI control unit and ground.

OK or NG
1. OK : Replace NAVI control unit.
2. NG : Check harness for open or short between NAVI control unit and IPDM E/R. Refer to SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article.
