Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers in the diagnostic procedures.

    TP sensor shares 5-volt reference signal with EGR valve, fuel tank pressure sensor and MAP sensor. One at a time disconnect each of these components while observing TP sensor parameter on scan tool. If reading changes drastically, replace component that changed reading.
