Code Enable Criteria

Following conditions must be met for DTC diagnostic test to run:
- No fuel injector, MAP, IAT, ECT, TP or VSS sensor DTCs set.
- Diagnostic test failed is 3 consecutive failures were detected during a 500 msec/test period.
Warm Case Test
- Start-up ECT is less than 68°F (20°C).
- Start-up IAT 50°F (10°C) or more.
- Accumulated airflow is 900 grams or more.
- Engine run time is 90 seconds or more.
- Time for coolant to reach stabilized closed loop value is less than 120 seconds.
Cold Case Test
- IAT is between 20°F (-7°C) and 50°F (10°C).
- Accumulated airflow is 2000 grams or more.
- Engine run time is less than 225 seconds.
- Time for coolant to reach stabilized closed loop value is less than 300 seconds.
Other Case Test
- IAT is between -37°F (-38°C) and 20°F (-7°C).
- Accumulated airflow is 3600 grams or more.
- Engine run time is less than 450 seconds.
- Time for coolant to reach stabilized closed loop value is less than 600 seconds.
