VDC/TCS/ABS Control Unit Circuit Inspection

- CHECK CONNECTOR
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
- Check terminals and connector of VDC/TCS/ABS control unit for damage, bend and loose connection (control unit side and harness side).
OK or NG
- OK: GO TO 2.
- NG: Repair terminal or connector.
- CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
- Disconnect VDC/TCS/ABS control unit connector.
- Check resistance between VDC/TCS/ABS control unit harness connector terminals.

OK or NG
- OK: Replace VDC/TCS/ABS control unit.
- NG: Repair harness between VDC/TCS/ABS control unit and data link connector.
