Possible Causes

Malfunction is detected when:
- DTC P0103
An excessively high voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM when engine is not running. - DTC P0102
An excessively low voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM when engine is running. - DTC P0101
A high voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM under light load driving condition. - DTC P0101
A low voltage from MAF sensor is sent to ECM under heavy load driving condition.
Possible causes are:
- MAF sensor circuit open or shorted.
- Defective MAF sensor.
- Intake air leaks (malfunction "B" and "D" only).
