Possible Causes

Malfunction is detected when IACV-AAC valve does not operate properly. Possible causes are:

Defective IACV-AAC valve.
IACV-AAC valve circuit open (malfunction "A").
IACV-AAC valve circuit shorted (malfunction "B").

NOTE: Perform the following DTC confirmation tests in order. If a DTC confirmation test has been previously performed, turn ignition off and wait at least 5 seconds before performing next DTC confirmation test.
