IPDM E/R Power/Ground Circuit Inspection

CHECK FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK

Make sure the following fusible links or IPDM E/R fuses are not blown.

IPDM E/R FUSE REFERENCE

Terminal No.	Signal name	Fuse, fusible link No.
1, 2	Battery power	F/L-C, F/L-E, Fuse No. 71,78

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 2.
NG: Replace fuse or fusible link.

CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect IPDM E/R harness connector E3.
3. Check voltage between IPDM E/R harness connector E3 terminals 1 (W/R), 2 (W/L) and ground.
  1 (W/R), 2 (W/L) - Ground: Battery voltage should exist.
OK or NG
1. OK: GO TO 3.
2. NG: Replace IPDM E/R power supply circuit harness.

CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect IPDM E/R harness connectors E8 and E9.
2. Check continuity between IPDM E/R harness connectors E8 terminal 38 (B), E9 terminal 50 (B/W), 60 (B/W) and ground.
  38 (B), 50 (B/W), 60 (B/W) - Ground: Continuity should exist.
OK or NG
1. OK: INSPECTION END
2. NG: Replace ground circuit harness of IPDM E/R.
