Room Light Assembly: Inspection

- INSPECT NO. 1 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard resistance
CONNECTOR TERMINAL RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONSTester Connection Condition Specified Condition 1 - 2
1 - 3Switch is OFF 10 kΩ or higher - Connect the battery positive (+) lead to terminal 1 and the battery negative (-) lead to terminal 2, nd then check that the light comes on when the switch is in the DOOR position.
OK: Light comes on.
- Connect the battery positive (+) lead to terminal 1 and the battery negative (-) lead to terminal 3, and then check that the light comes on when the switch is in the ON position.
OK: Light comes on.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
