Sliding Roof Switch Assembly: Inspection

INSPECT MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

Measure the resistance of the switch.

Standard resistance

TESTER CONNECTION AND SPECIFIED CONDITION

Tester Connection	Switch Condition	Specified Condition
1 (OPE) - 5 (E)	OPEN	Below 1 Ω
2 (CLOSE) - 5 (E)	CLOSE	Below 1 Ω
1 (OPEN) - 5 (E)	OFF	10 kΩ or higher
2 (CLOSE) - 5 (E)	OFF	10 kΩ or higher

If the result is not as specified, replace the map light assembly.
