CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS CHECK AND PROBLEM SYMPTOM CONFIRMATION
PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE (See PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE )
1. Without an applicable problem symptom table, proceed to "A".
2. With an applicable problem symptom table, proceed to "B".
  B: Go to step 5
