Operating Cylinder: Inspection

Inspect for the following, and replace any parts as necessary.
- Damage, foreign material, wear, rust, and pinholes on the cylinder inner surface, piston, and sliding part of piston cup
- Weak piston spring
- Crack or deformation of dust cover
