Warning Lamp Function Malfunction

  • If the following "symptoms" are detected, check systems shown in the "Diagnosis/service procedure" column in this order.
SYMPTOM CHART

Symptom Diagnosis/service procedure
Intelligent Key low battery warning does not operate properly. 1. CHECK "LOW BAT OF KEY FOB WARN" SETTING IN "WORK SUPPORT" .
2. INTELLIGENT KEY BATTERY INSPECTION .
3. KEY WARNING LAMP (GREEN) CHECK .
4. REPLACE INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT .
P position warning lamp does not illuminate properly. 1. CVT DEVICE (PARK POSITION SWITCH) CHECK .
2. "P-SHIFT" WARNING LAMP (RED) CHECK .
3. REPLACE INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT .
Take away warning lamp does not illuminate properly. (Take away warning chime is operated). 1. KEY WARNING LAMP (RED) CHECK .
2. REPLACE INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT .
Ignition switch warning lamp does not illuminate properly. (Ignition switch warning chime is operated). 1. KEY WARNING LAMP (RED) CHECK .
2. REPLACE INTELLIGENT KEY UNIT .
