Steering Switch Check (With Bluetooth)

CHECK HARNESS

Turn ignition switch OFF.
Disconnect Bluetooth control unit connector B15 and spiral cable connector M30.

Check continuity between Bluetooth control unit connector B15 (A) terminals 12, 13, and 14 and spiral cable connector M30 (B) terminals 25, 31, and 33.

Check continuity between Bluetooth control unit and ground.

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 2.

NG: Repair harness.

CHECK HARNESS

Disconnect audio unit connector M43.
Check continuity between audio unit connector M43 (A) terminals 6, 15, and 16 and Bluetooth control unit connector B15 (B) terminals 17, 19, and 18.

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 3.

NG: Repair harness.

SPIRAL CABLE CHECK
1. Disconnect spiral cable connector M78.
2. Check continuity between spiral cable terminals.
  15 - 33 : Continuity should exist.
  
  17 - 31 : Continuity should exist.
  
  19 - 25 : Continuity should exist.

OK or NG

OK: GO TO 4.

NG: Replace spiral cable. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".

CHECK STEERING SWITCH RESISTANCE

Check resistance between spiral cable connector M78 terminals.

OK: Inspection End.

NG: Replace steering switch. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
