BLUETOOTH Voice Guidance Is Heard When Pressing Steering Wheel Audio Control Switch

- CHECK HARNESS BETWEEN BLUETOOTH CONTROL UNIT AND MICROPHONE
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect Bluetooth control unit connector and microphone connector.
- Check continuity between Bluetooth control unit connector B15 (A) and microphone connector R4 (B).TERMINALS CONTINUITY REFERENCE
Terminals Continuity Connector Terminal Connector Terminal A: B15 7 B: R4 1 Yes 8 2 29 4 - Check continuity between Bluetooth control unit harness connector B15 and ground.

OK or NG
OK: GO TO 2.
NG: Repair harness or connector.
- CHECK MICROPHONE POWER SUPPLY
- Connect Bluetooth control unit connector and microphone connector.
- Turn ignition switch ON.
- Check voltage between microphone connector R4 terminal 4 and ground.
4 - Ground : Approx. 5V

OK or NG
OK: GO TO 3.
NG: Replace Bluetooth control unit. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
- CHECK MICROPHONE SIGNAL
Check signal between Bluetooth control unit harness connector B15 terminals 7 and 8.

OK or NG
OK: Replace Bluetooth control unit. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
NG: Replace microphone. Refer to "REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
