Component Inspection (Clutch Pedal Position Switch)
- CHECK CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SWITCH-I
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect clutch pedal position switch harness connector.
- Check the continuity between clutch pedal position switch terminals under the following conditions.TERMINALS CONTINUITY REFERENCE
Terminals Condition Continuity 1 and 2 Clutch pedal Fully released Existed Fully depressed Not existed Is the inspection result normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: GO TO 2.
- CHECK CLUTCH PEDAL POSITION SWITCH-II
- Adjust clutch pedal position switch installation. Refer to "INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT ".
- Check the continuity between clutch pedal position switch terminals under the following conditions.TERMINALS CONTINUITY REFERENCE
Terminals Condition Continuity 1 and 2 Clutch pedal Fully released Existed Fully depressed Not existed Is the inspection result normal?
YES: INSPECTION END
NO: Replace clutch pedal position switch.
