System Description

If the vehicle encounters one of the situations described below, the hybrid vehicle control ECU will shut down the entire power supply by turning the SMR (System Main Relay) OFF, in order to ensure safety.

The hybrid vehicle control ECU receives an air bag deployment signal from the air bag diagnosis sensor unit during a frontal collision.
