Component Function Check

  1. CHECK IGNITION KNOB SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

    Check ignition knob switch ("PUSH SW") in "Data Monitor" mode with CONSULT-III.

    MONITOR ITEM CONDITION CHART

    Monitor item Condition
    PUSH SW Ignition knob switch is pressed : ON
    Ignition knob switch is released : OFF

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: Ignition knob switch is OK.

    NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
