Component Inspection (Condenser-1)

  1. CHECK CONDENSER-1
    1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
    2. Disconnect condenser-1 harness connector. For the condenser number, refer to "WIRING DIAGRAM - ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM - ". For the condenser layout, refer to " ENGINE CONTROL HARNESS ".
    3. Check resistance between condenser-1 terminals as follows.
    RESISTANCE REFERENCE CHART

    Terminals Resistance
    1 and 2 Above 1 MΩ [at 25°C (77°F)]

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: INSPECTION END

    NO: Replace condenser-1.
