Component Function Check

CHECK DOOR KEY CYLINDER SWITCH INPUT SIGNAL

Check "KEY CYL LK-SW" AND "KEY CYL UN-SW" in DATA MONITOR mode for "POWER DOOR LOCK SYSTEM" with CONSULT. Be sure to check each door key cylinder individually by turning to the lock position and then the un-lock position while monitoring the status with the CONSULT.

KEY CYL LK-SW	Neutral/Unlock	: OFF
KEY CYL UN-SW	Unlock	: ON
KEY CYL UN-SW	Neutral/Lock	: OFF

Is the inspection result normal?

YES: Key cylinder switch is OK.

NO: Refer to "DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE ".
