- CHECK ANTI-THEFT HORN RELAY
- Turn ignition switch OFF.
- Disconnect anti-theft horn relay.
- Check voltage between anti-theft horn relay connector E101 terminal 3 and ground under the following conditions:

YES
Inspection End.
NO
Replace anti-theft horn relay.
