Switch name Function
AUTO intake switch
  • Automatic intake control (exhaust gas/outside odor detecting mechanism) (switch indicator) changes between ON ==> OFF each time when AUTO intake switch is pressed while front blower motor is activated.
  • Front air conditioning becomes the following status when AUTO intake switch is turned ON.
    • Air inlet: Recirculation [After approximately 5 minutes, air inlet is switched to automatic intake control (exhaust gas/outside odor detecting mechanism).]
    • A/C switch: ON
  • Front air conditioning becomes the following status when AUTO intake switch is turned OFF.
    • Air inlet: Fresh air intake
    • A/C switch: Stays ON

The following switches are not necessary for ACCS (Advanced Climate Control System) operation.
