DTC Confirmation Procedure

- CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC "C1A13" is displayed with DTC "U1000", first diagnose the DTC "U1000".
Is applicable DTC detected?
YES
Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC LOGIC .
NO
GO TO STEP 2 .
- PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE (1)
CONSULT
- Start the engine.
- Select "STOP LAMP""Active Test" mode of "ICC/ADAS".
- Select "All DTC Reading" mode.
- Check if "C1A13" is detected as the current malfunction in the "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ICC/ADAS".
Is "C1A13" detected as the current malfunction?
YES
Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
NO
GO TO STEP 3.
- PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE (2)
- Drive the vehicle at 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for approximately 60 seconds or more without the brake pedal depressed.CAUTION:
Always drive safely.
NOTE:If it is outside the above condition, repeat step 1.
- Select "All DTC Reading" mode.
- Check if "C1A13" is detected as the current malfunction in the "Self Diagnostic Result" mode of "ICC/ADAS".
Is "C1A13" detected as the current malfunction?
YES
Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
NO - 1
To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to INTERMITTENT INCIDENT .
NO - 2
Confirmation after repair: Inspection End.
- Drive the vehicle at 25 mph (40 km/h) or more for approximately 60 seconds or more without the brake pedal depressed.
