ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit)

• Transmits mainly the following signals to EPS control unit via CAN communication:
  • Vehicle speed signal (ABS)
• For detailed component location, refer to Component Location .

ECM

• Transmits mainly the following signals to EPS control unit via CAN communication:
  • Engine status signal
• Receives mainly the following signals from EPS control unit via CAN communication:
  • Battery supply current signal
• For detailed component location, refer to Component Location .

3.

Combination meter

(EPS warning lamp)

• Transmits mainly the following signals to EPS control unit via CAN communication:
  • Vehicle speed signal (Meter)
• For detailed component location, refer to Component Location (Type A) or Component Location (Type B).
• Turns ON the EPS warning lamp according to the signal from the EPS control unit via CAN communication.

4.

Chassis control module (with built in steering angle sensor)

• Transmits mainly the following signals to EPS control unit via CAN communication:
  • Steering angle sensor signal
