Removal and Installation: Removal
- Remove battery. Refer to Removal and Installation
.
- Remove front wheel and tire.
- Remove IPDM E/R. Refer to Removal and Installation of IPDM E/R
.
- Disconnect harness connectors from electric intake valve timing control module. Refer to Harness Connector
(lever locking type).
- Remove Nuts (A), and remove electric intake valve timing control module (1).

CAUTION:
Never touch harness connector pins with bare hands.
