Control Description
- The drive mode selector switches a vehicle mode with the flick of a switch (drive mode select switch) mounted on upper part of the center console and changes the control characteristics of the power train, combination meter, chassis function, driver assistant system.
- When the ignition switch is ON from the OFF state, the drive mode select switch starts in STANDARD mode regardless of drive mode during ignition switch ON.
- The vehicle characteristics are controlled from the STANDARD mode to any mode listed below:
SPORT
- Adjusts the engine and transmission points for a higher response.
- The setting of the steering system is adjusted to moderately increase steering wheel effort for a sporty feel.
ECO
Assists the driver's eco-driving. The engine and transmission points are adjusted for improved fuel economy, providing such a driving features as smooth starting or constant cruising.
