Component Function Check

1. CONSULT
   1. Select "Hood switch" and "HOOD SW (CAN) " in "Data Monitor" mode of "IPDM E/R".
   2. Check "Hood switch" and "HOOD SW (CAN) " indication under the following condition.

   Monitor item	Condition		Indication
   Hood switch	Hood	Open	Close
   		Close	Open
   HOOD SW (CAN)		Open	OPEN
   		Close	CLOSE

Is the indication normal?

YES>>

Hood switch is OK.

NO>>
