Clutch Interlock Switch
FUNCTIONS WITHIN THE SYSTEM
When the clutch pedal is depressed, the clutch interlock switch turns ON and the clutch interlock switch signal is sent to the ECM.
INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION WITHIN THE SYSTEM
ECM detects the state of the clutch pedal by those two types of input (ON/OFF signal).
INDIVIDUAL OPERATION
Clutch interlock switch signal is one of the engine start and S-MODE controls.
COMPONENT LOCATION
Clutch interlock switch and clutch pedal position switch are installed to clutch pedal bracket.
